Unlike Ninja, Shroud is a Twitch streamer who\u2019s consistently on the rise and is also very comfortable playing a large variety of games, rather than just Fortnite.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>At the time of leaving Twitch, Shroud had more than 7 million followers and around 50,000 paid subscribers (equivalent to $250,000 per month in subscription revenue). Microsoft would\u2019ve needed to hand over an eye-watering sum of money in order to procure his services, particularly when taking into account Ninja\u2019s popularity has plummeted since his move earlier in the year.<\/p>\n<p>As it currently stands, Shroud has around 350,000 followers on Mixer, paling in comparison to Twitch.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p><ins class=\"adsbygoogle scrolling-ad-item\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-0052787453283862\" data-ad-slot=\"2741061911\"><\/ins><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Same shroud.
